v. specific measures:

1. The water tank must be cleaned before the rainy season

2. The operation guarantee team and the sewage station of the mechanical and electrical department cooperate with each other to conduct a water test on the ground pipeline gate valve and two pipelines before the joint test run

3. The transportation assurance team and the pipe team cooperate with each other to inspect the drainage pipeline of the shaft twice

4. Comprehensively inspect all water pumps, high-voltage switchgear and high-voltage cables

5. The water pump, annular pipeline, water distribution gate valve, gate valve check valve, etc. in the pump room shall be overhauled by the transportation team to ensure that each pump is in good condition and that each pump can be started for drainage within 5 minutes

VI. construction method:

4. The specific performance parameters of the water pump are tested by Anhui coal mine safety monitoring center, and formal test reports are provided

VII. Safety measures:

1. The water tank must be cleaned before the rainy season

2. The water pump and annular pipeline, water distribution gate valve, gate valve check valve and electrical equipment in the pump room shall be overhauled by the transportation team to ensure that the platform is in good condition

3. The drainage pipe of the shaft twice is in the charge of the pipe team

4. The mechanical and electrical department is responsible for the ground drainage pipeline and gate valve

5. During the joint test run, start all water pumps one by one, and it is forbidden to start at the same time

6. During the joint test run, the ground main hoist, auxiliary hoist and auxiliary shaft winches stopped running

7. The 35kV substation must monitor the current of 634 high-voltage switchgear in -450 pump room 631, the beam part of the electronic universal testing machine that cannot be moved, and 633 and 634 high-voltage switchgear in -550 pump room. If any abnormality is found, stop the joint test run immediately

8. Each water pump, motor and electric control equipment must be observed by a specially assigned person. In case of any abnormality, the operation shall be stopped immediately

9. During the joint test run, the commander in chief shall give the order, and the pump house shall be commanded by the person in charge of construction. It is strictly forbidden to command by more than one person
